does taking creatine while working out effective? can i use creatine for 1 month!

Question:
i just wanna get buff but not too buff so i am planning to use creatine and work out for about a month and stop. do you think the result will vary?
Answers:
Yes it works very well. However if you are an athlete I would not take it during your actual season. Creatine dehydrates you. So If you a doing a lot of conditioning and running this can be dangerous. If you are not doing much running a sweating creatine can be very useful. Also make sure you do a lot of stretching, fast muscle gains can be hard on tendons and joints.

Other Answers:
it is quite effective

My brother used it for football. It worked great for him, h got in shape, lost some weight, and appeared to gain muscle, but as soon as he stopped working out, his body went to crap. All it does is retain water, so you appear to gain muscle, but i wouldn't recommend it, unless you continue to work out.

Creatine might make you buff, but (unless I'm wrong) it has the same results as human growth hormone. More temper, more body hair, and certain smaller things that I'm sure most guys aren't willing to risk. Take a good long look at the side effects before you take anything like that, especially something as controversial as creatine.

Creatine will help but only while you are taking it. Once you stop, you will lost the effect.

Okay creatine should only be used if you are having a problem getting over your peak.Using creatine before that there really is no point. Some people it works some it dont depends on the body chemistry of the body. It does have some side affects though i dont remember what it is now. Drink LOTS OF WATER WITH it dont drink any juice with it. Soda juice are all off limits when you use this. Upper body is easy to tone its the abs that no matter what you do will take about a year to make it look decent. Creatine is a natural supplement that is found in meat. It would take 17 steaks though to get you the same amount of creatine. Ceatine is mostly designed to store moisture in the muscles which increases recovery time that is the advantage that creatine gives. It is not going to make you buff if you do less it just makes it so your muscles repair themselves quicker which is when they recover they are stronger. Hope this was enough info. If you need more you can email me or they have plenty of websites on creatine

No, do not take while working out. It promotes dehydration. Also, once you quit using it your muscles will "deflate". The side effect is terrible.

UMMMM, I used it.

hey mousy you have no proven sources that say that all your accusations of creatine are true..so why dont you get your facts straight before saying it.

and to the person that said creatine "deflates" your muscles. that is not true at all. when you stop using it..u lose the water weight in your body while you were on it but you keep the results that you gained. idiot

you can't get very big in one month.Creatine puts weight on you
