Why is it when you take I take a bath i come out feeling rejuvinated and not as!

Question:
Just wondering
Answers:
However unbelievable this may sound, it's true. The nervous system uses electricity of sorts. The water you use to take a shower is not "pure". It has lead in it. Lead is an excellent conductor. When the water comes out of the shower head the molecules are bouncing into the other water molecules as well as the lead molecules. Electricity is actually the breaking off of electrons. You need some kind of force to do that. That's what voltage is and the water molecules are acting as that force. So when you take a shower you also get bombarded with electrons. Just like charging a battery. Those electrons sort of kick your nervous system up a notch for a little bit. Like I said, strange but true.

Hi i'm not sure I can really answer this but I know what your experiencing. My guess is that it helps raise your core body temperature. One would think that unless your showering in water at least higher than 98.6 that this wouldn't be true. I have a sensory integration problem so I might not be using water this hot. Personally it does seem more pronounced when i'm hungry or otherwise cold/low on energy. Also I find it very pleasurable to have clean skin, having it covered in oil, dirt and sweat makes me very irritated.

hot water and showers are magical
