I am 6ft 3ins and weigh 13 stones (172pounds). I would like to weigh another 14 pounds but my doctor told me that it is all down to metabolism.

Apparently, once you hit a certain age, your metabolism starts to slow down and you will start to put on weight if you are eating things that you shouldnt. Many people say that this age is around the 25 mark, so I would say make the most of it while you can!

so u have to eat lot
eat egg white , chicken , turkey , meat , tuna fish ..
lots of veggi , potatos ets .
and take atleast 5 small meals a days and try to join gym .. and work 3 or 4 time a week .
