well i went to my drs appointment yesterday and i was told by the dr if and when i do my injections in my neck that is when he will give me back my med. i have been going through alot of testing since jan and they found out that i need a fusion in my back that doesnt include what is gooing on with my neck

They can't help you with your medical condition/ailment, but they sure are big on ethics. That would be a good place to start. Also, the hospital or medical center your doctor is affiliated with has a "Patient Services Representative" who works closely with a staff or contracted lawyer to handle ethical issues concerning the treatment of patients.
If you feel something wrong was done to you, or incorrect or compromising treatment was issued, this is who you need to contact. Although they work for the hospital-they are concerned with patient rights and will quickly look into the doctor's ethics and such. Depending on the hospital, you can most likely call the main desk and ask to speak with a Patient Rep. Good luck, I know it's hard to deal with things like this. Docs are the people you are supposed to be able to trust.

Start at your local hospital and file a grievance. Is it possible that he reduced the medications because they are addictive and he wants to try a different form of medicines that are not as addictive. Ask your Dr. for a referral to anesthesiologist management clinic.
