not that much..you will gain some weight but your body will excrete most of the extra protein. your body does not store much energy in the form of protein as it produces about half as much energy as fats and sugars, only around 17Kj/mol. but too much protein may make you nauseous, feel weak and give you diarrhea as you body can not take too much arginine (an amino acid found in some whey products). you wont gorw any muscles though

If you're not expending more calories than you consume you will gain. This goes for whey protein as well. Muscles do not get bigger without any effort.

For sure you will not gain muscles, and for gaining weight it depends on how much whey protein you will consume. But becareful because too much protein might hurt your kidney, so you'll end up with no muscles, more weight and a bad kidney.
