how do you stop oily skin from getting darker later in the day when using powder!
Question:
Answers:
Lots of oil-blotting papers!
Don't be cheap; use as much as you need to get ALL the oil off your face before reapplying.
Paper towels DO NOT work as well as these papers.
Other Answers:
Use blotters like suggested, don't put on as much powder, or you can get powders specifically for oily skin
Use an Oil Controlling powder I use Cornsilk (find it at any drugstore) it controls the oil and you can get it in a translucent light, medium, or dark. That will keep you from getting dark. Plus, the before mentioned oil absorbing pads do help, they do leave a little powder behind (in my experience). Also consider using a different cleanser and foundation again something that will control the oil manufacturing.

Use specially designed powder for oily faces, or try powder free makeup. It looks good, and doesn't have the same issues.
