I'm looking for a sweet, soft smelling cologne. Any recommendations?!

I really like Touch by Burberry but I've been wearing it forever and I'm looking for something new. I'm the introverted, bookish type looking for cologne that's distinct and bold (relatively speaking). Oh and I really like lavender. Any recommendations would be very appreciated.

Try Happy by Clinique for something "sweet and soft". If its bold your looking for and distinctive you want then you can do no better than 'Fahrenheit' by Dior.
I suggest Happy as a daily cologne, Fahrenheit as a going out one or if you just want to use one, every woman I know just loves 'Cool Water' by Davidoff and its a good all rounder. Not over powering for everyday use but also classy enough for evenings.

you have to try "Goddess" by baby phat. it is great and lasts a really long time. not too heavy not too light.
