Does taking the contraceptive pill affect your natural hormone levels if you are!

Im worried the taking the pill will mess up my body's natural chemistry and have long term negative effects.

When I started taking the pill, I ws hormonally balanced. My hormones were fine while i was on the pill, but once I got off of it, that is when the troubles started. My period became unpredictable and I spotted often. I was irritable and I cried often. I also have not been able to get pregnant for the past 6 months and my gynocologist said that it takes anywhere from 6 months to a year to concieve after stopping the pill.

ye it will cause taking the pill causes a surge of hormones in your body. the pill is made up of hormones, they'll balance themselves out though. it's a lot better than the surge of hormones you'll get from pregnancy!
