What is the QUICKEST way to lose weight.?!

I know diet and excercise and all that, but it's crunch time and I have to drop some pounds FAST. Any suggestions?

Eat sugar free and fat free yogurt and an apple for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days. It can make you lose between 5 and 10 pounds. It worked for me. It is just an emergency diet.. but don´t do it for more than 3 days.

Atkin's (low carb) works pretty past, but it's not healthy for long term and can cause bad breath and BO.

The Master Cleanser diet or Lemonade Diet. I lost 6 pounds in 6 days on it. Google it or go to www.curezone.com for all instructions. TIP: Do the cleanse by the book or you could hurt yourself or it wont work.

drink less water. you'd be suprised to learn that waer weighs a lot. wrestlers can lose 10 pounds in a week by not drinking. If you eat less, that can alos help. exercise alone will not help

Okay… so the quickest, and most healthy way to loose weight that I know is to use the Cabbage soup diet. It takes a full week to go through, but you can loose a great deal of weight. (up to 10 lbs in one week) I have been on and off of it for a while now, and I can vouch for the results.

Doctors give this to heart patients when they need to loose weight. Its definitely healthy, and it really works! This is how it works….

Day One:
•Eat only fruit, all the fruit you want except banana.
•Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice, and water.
•Eat as much soup as you like.
Day Two:
All you want - fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Stay away from dry beans, peas, and sweet corn. Reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter for dinner. Eat as much soup as you like but no fruit for today.
Day Three:
Combine days one and two, eat as much fruit, vegetables, and soup, as you like but no baked potato.
Day Four:
Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.
Day Five:
You may have 10-20 ounces of beef (300-500g) and a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once today. You may eat broiled or baked chicken (skinless) instead of beef. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef.
Day Six:
Eat beef and vegetables today. You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.
Day Seven:
Eat all you want of brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables. Be sure to eat your soup at least once to day. No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages, not even diet soda.

Go on a low carb diet and you will see the weight drop off.The key to eating carbs is to only eat the size of your fist.Do both fists at meal time and one at snack time.You will drop it faster if you leave out the snacks.Do..eat some carbs your body needs it for energy.This is my diet that I got from my doctor.Good luck.

Cut out all carbs for a few weeks. No bread, potatoes, corn, rice, cereal, pasta, fruit, tomatoes, beans (except green beans) and peas. Lots of meat and green vegs. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
