calpol use in two times one in fever and second is simple rheumatic/headache or any type of simple pain in mussel of body.now let to talk abt dose,medicine provides two type one for adult and other for child.So if u want to give ur child,then u should give only half table only for six hours alternatively,incase fever crossed 100*c.i strongly recommended u that u should only consult local doctor.

I'm not sure exactly what Calpol is. I looked it up online and it seems to be a British kids' medicine. I'm in the US, but my opinion is that if the child was vomiting BEFORE you gave the Calpol, you might give him another partial dose. Otherwise, the Calpol might have caused the issue. The best thing you can do is to check with your doctor. Good luck.
No I wouldn'nt - just in case he develops something and needs some medication of some other sorts - hope he is just having a little sickness thats all .
