There is a medicine in Australia that helps a lot with limphedema. I don't remember its name, but will try to find it somewhere.

Other Answers:
its a very common condition especially after a mastectomy. there are therapist that can show you exercises to help with it,and make you a type of bandage that can be wrapped around the arm, make sure you try to keep that arm as high up as possible, there is no real cure for it, but these are some things that can help, best wishes !

Radiation can damage lymph nodes and cause lymphedema. You should be seen by a certified lymphedema therapist. They will perform Complete/complex decongestive therapy. It consists of a form of medical massage to move the fluid out of your arm and recirculate it, compression therapy, skin care tips, and special exercises to help keep the fluid moving as normally as possible. After therapy your arm will be smaller.
