i have very soreboil like zits on my face, how do i get rid of them fast?!

You may need antibiotics. If it is just a zit then you could use toothpaste as it dries the zit out. Other wise I suggest you go to a chemist and ask the obvious. The amount of different medications on the market for zits is great. Happy hunting.
duac once daily cream is very effective and doesn't dry the skin out, and is an antibiotic in a cream which is better for you than taking it as a pill
you would have to ask your doctor about it.
