Does anyone out there know of any other diseases with symptoms similiar to Sjogr!

Question:
My sister was diagnosed with Sjogren's last year. She went to a new rheumatologist yesterday who said he felt her arthritic conditions were not rheumatoid, but palendromic. He did some tests but would not speculate what he thought she had. She is very worried. What other disease has the same symptoms?
Answers:
I am not quite sure what the doctor meant. I know that palindromic rheumatism is a rare type of inflammatory arthritis that is characterized by recurrent attacks of painful swelling of the joints and surrounding tissues.

Sjögren's, on the other hand, is more associated with an autoimmune-related rheumatic disease in which white blood cells attack the moisture-producing glands.
