medically? esthetically? practically?
medically- no real problems I am aware of.
esthetically? they can be kinda cute if they fit with the breast they are on.
practically? as far as I am aware they don't usually interfere with breast feeding.

I know that many people do not realise they truly have inverted nipples until they have a child and are unable to breast feed. Other than that I do not see where it is a big deal.
You can sometimes draw them out by gently pulling them between your finger and thumb every day over several weeks. A device known as a Nipplette can be worn to help pull them out - these are usually available in the breast-feeding section of a pharmacy.

if your nipples are just recently become inverted you need to be ck out by a doctor its a sign of cancer happened to my mom one day she woke up and they were inverted she lost one breast so if its a new thing get ckd flaim
