any ideas for motivation to exercise?!

I find the best motivation for exercise is to start just that once. Activity begets activity and once I get back into things I am more enhtusiastic about exercise and I find it more enjoyable.
Another suggestion is to get a workout / exercise partner. If you have made a commitment to somebody else you're more likely to stick to it than if you are only letting yourslef down. Arrange to meet a friend for a walk or a game of something or a gym workout. You can be social as well as fit.

Well i will share my view.

My instance, i went for gym/running earlier but then started skipping and ultimately stop going at all.

Then i joined a cricket academy here in mumbai, india. it takes me only 15 mins to reach there by my car. But i go regularly because i enjoy playing cricket and i have fun. i myself cannot believe that in past four months i have skipped only 2 days.

that is why i think the biggest thing is to enjoy what you do, so find out an activity which you will enjoy doing.

for example, swimming, join a club etc.

Yes Ashi is right. Find something you love to do that involves physical activity. Get a heart monitor (Polar watches are a great brand) and monitor your pulse rate. As long as you are keeping in your zone you will see results, feel better and look better. Plus you will be enjoying yourself doing something you love.
