How do you stretch the muscle in between your shoulder blades?!

Question:
i am a softball fast pitcher and lately i have been having pains in the middle of my, mainly upper but sometimes lower, back. i think it is from not strecthing right so is there any certain thing that could help?
Answers:
I put my hands on the back of my head so my fingers are folded and then I put my head down so im looking at the floor.and then pull my elbows forward and up

Other Answers:
Put your arms behind your back straight out and pull on one with the other. Also, hold on to something behind your back with your arms straight out and do knee bends

Sit, legs out straight in front of you and reach forward. If it helps, have someone gently push on your upper back to stretch you out. This should stretch pretty much every muscle in your back.

hug yourself with one arm then push your elbow towards your chest with the other hand. Do this gently and switch arms. Another good way to stretch your entire back is to go into the cat position: go on all fours and push your stomach in and your back out as far as you can. Hope you feel better soon.
