Have you ever dislocated your shoulder?!

How long did it take to recover? How did you do it? Did it ever dislocated again? Do you play sports?
Answers:
Several times playing rugby.
It hurts like hell, and lucky for me my mates knew how to put it back into place.
I now work in the medical field and have learnt that if it happens more than once, there is a high probability it will happen again.
You can have surgery for it( adjust your rotator and other ligaments), or stop playing rugby like I did.
Its sore for about 2-3 weeks,(thats without an op) but ya better off minimising the chances of it happening again like I did.

Yes i was playing football. it hurts ALOT. and my arm has a scar now. It took about 5-8 weeks to not feel as much pain. Have u?

Well to answer all your extra questions it recovers whenever i want it to no and no Now my arm has never dislocated in a accident but i can make it dislocate on my own it freaks my friends out :)
