losing my gut?!

hi ppl im tring to lose my gut b4 i go on vacation this summer so does anyone know a good exercise for losing a gut?

Sugar is one of the worst things for your gut. Eliminate sugar and starchy carbs and you'd be amazed. Don't eliminate ALL carbs. Ones that are fibrous and complex are great for you.
Aerobic activity is the best thing you can do.running is my favorite. You could do 1000 situps a day, but if you don't burn the fat on top of those muscles you're toning all you're going to have is toned muscles under a layer of fat. Focus less on crunches and situps and just get that cardio going. Once you lose the excess fat, then it will be more important to focus on the actual toning, but it doesn't hurt to do both.
Just remember: Man does not lose his gut through situps or crunches alone.

go on jogs. distance isnt important it is all about time. try jogging 10 mins a day for a week, then up it to 12-15 for a week or two. just try to increase the jog time each couple of weeks, start out with whatever you can do. a little exercise goes a long way

a proper diet and a excercie routine and a will to want to lose it not some sad act pulling you down good luck
