I am experiencing serious heade ache. PLease advice me i dont know what to do ag!
Question:
I have seen a head specialist doctor for my head ache. I was refered to do a X-RAY. It was discovered that i was develoing Synous. I was given some drugs and nasal spray to use. But i'm still feeling the same pain. I am taking tablets every blessed day in my life for the past one year. I sometimes find it difficult to work with this pain in my office so it forced me to go home. I really want to part with this pain. Its too painful.

If you have Sinus infection you need to an ENT.

keep off ya pc for long hours, and maybe you need glasses or to change em.
Ask doctor about MRI. If you are always in pain, I would see if there is something more to problem.
go for yoga and meditation.it really helps
