i just got off the depo shot after a year.I heard it can take awhile to get pregnant..Anyone here can tell me how long it took them?

depends on the last time you took your shot.You have to let it at least wear off from the 3 months when you took it last. Some people can get pregnant immediately after that, some it takes years. It depends on your body.

It says that it can take at least six months for you to get pregnant after getting off of the shot, some people longer.

I was on Depo for abt 2 years. It took me abt 3 years to have my son. My best friend on the other hand took it for 2 yrs 6 yrs ago and she can't get preg at all.
after a year in the depo it only took me 3 months to get pregnant.Everybody is different some could take a year or even longer.
