I think one of the reasons of losing weight or fats is to lower calorie intake so aside from exercising, you need to go on a diet too.

well my aunt lost over 150 lbs by just cuting her carbs and working out alot she said it was not easy but nothing in life realy is is it hard hard hard all i did was eat smaller meals throughout the day and walked around downtown and i lost 5 lbs and it took me about a month to 2 mths

You'd have to exercise a lot, but yes, you could lose weight without eating less.
