i get headaches!?!

i have cluster headaches. and i also get migranes. i know the difference of the pain for both.. but suddenlly i got both at the same time and my eyes keep going in and out of blacking out things..and its really kinda scary. what do i do?

Ok, you will have to leave the trailer to do this. Put a shirt on and get out to the highway and hitch a ride to the nearest public hospital, you know, the ones where you don't need no money, and check in.
You need to see a doctor, i get the same type of headaches and migraines. I get them from allergies. But there are many other reason you can get them, only a doctor can figure out why it happens or what might be causing them, also maybe getting your eyes checked.
If you have already taken something, and it isn't helping, I would suggest going to the er. And quit looking at the computer screen, that's got to be just about killing you..
