How do i do push ups?!

man it's hard to get thin. im only 19 but my wasit is 39. and my fat's not evenly distributed. HELP!!

Lay flat on your belly with your head up, then push yourself up on your arms till they're straight, then push up with your feet, toes bent forward until you legs are locked straight, keep your head up looking forward, then let yourself down by unlocking your arms but keep your legs locked straight when your chest hits the floor push back up with your arms, do it til you can't anymore. Also to get in better shape running is the key not pushups! Run everywhere you go, you'll start to see the change in a couple of weeks.

you dont need pushups..you need to push yourself away from the table
