stay away from trans fats!

Taste it & if it's horrible it's good for you.

too much of anything is bad for you. testament that healthy eating can make matters worse.advice:don't glutton yourself with food and beverages.

keep away from fizzy drinks, fried food, fast food, pizzas, red meat, butter and ghee..
go for green salads and fruit salad, chicken breast and fish(not fried of course), boiled rice, natural honey, tuna, dried food..
after exercise in the gym, you can drink half a liter of fruits cocktail with skimmed milk and honey to give it sweetness..you can make it using a blinder at your home.

Pick up a good nutrition book, keep your diet varied, stay away from fads & avoid people who try to point you toward extreme points of view. And my #1 is to relax--don't be afraid of food.

Also, try to enjoy your food--don't wolf it down and run out the door. And don't eat foods you don't like just because you think you're supposed to eat them. If you don't like celery, don't eat it. Research seems to show that you better digest foods if you enjoy them.

Bored yet? ;-) Look at the foods you're eating now and see if there are better choices available. For example, dark chocolate seems to be better for you than milk chocolate. Green tea (which is definately an acquired taste) has far less caffeine than black tea or coffee.

And don't be afraid of food. ;-)
