how can i loose weight extremely fast without surgery?!

To just drop pounds off the scale for a weighing, watermelon is a natural diuretic. Of course I would never ever do this as it is not safe and I do not recommend it but some smoke like hell, drink coffee like hell, exercise like hell, drink tons of water when hungry and drink 3 slimfasts a day (nothing else) for 2 weeks. HaHaHaHaHa! I'm joking.

I don't have any quick remedies, besides exercise and healthy eating.

But DO NOT starve yourself- that actually does not help in the least because it slows your metabolism.

I would LOWER my intake of carbs and eat more whole wheat RAW nuts and fresh vegetables.

Eat more LEAN protein. 60-70% of each serving

GET out and move, the best workout is walking with weights (0.5 lbs) on each hand. Just walk and move your hands as if you where doing gym excercises. Walk slow and at an EVEN pace.

Your heart rate should not go more than 75% of your maximum heart rate.

The oxygen you inhale will greatly help reducing your weight.

Remember, slow even balance stride is the key.

Below, I posted a similar question that I have answered. Forgive me, if I didn't want to type it all out, again. This diet plan worked wonders for me, when nothing else would! I couldn't believe the results! The good part is, this diet can be done weeks at a time. (It doesn't have to be a whole month, like suggested!) Please try it, and tell me about your results, after a few weeks!

I don't know what kind of weight loss you are talking as in
how many pounds. eat all the fruit and vegtables you can.
drink alot of water. exercise speeds up the process.
Let your stomach know what it is like to feel hungry. let
it growl for awhile, until you are very familiar w/it.
then only eat when you get that feeling. the fruit and veggies, water, exercise will all help to cleanse your
system. Use a salad plate for your meals.

eat special k everyday ,go to a gym , walk 2 miles and you'll be slim in two weeks.you should do it it is better then surgery
