what happens when one has renal colic, high BP and high blood glucose?!

You could have kidney stones, some of which may have already caused hydronephrosis (blockage in the flow of urine from the kidney towards the bladder, making the ureter(s) to become distended and renal function to diminish). HBP may be related to the pain [colic] you're experiencing, diminished renal function, or both. As for fever combined with cloudy urine, you may have an urinary tract infection that can further complicate things. If you should develop diabetes and leave your renal condition untreated, you may be a candidate for chronic renal failure and dialysis. Make an appointment with an Urologist [a doctor that specializes in treating renal disorders] IMMEDIATELY, for further evaluation and/or treatment in your case. You may have kidney stones which would be relate to the renal colic which is spasm like pain around the kidney area and kidney stones are known to create HP and high blood glucose levels. I would definately see your Doctor straight way. IT is a very serious group of symptoms.
