Why do I get anxiety and paranoia the day after I've been drinking?!

Question:
Whenever I get really wasted on liquor, the next day I get anxiety and really bad paranoia. Paranoia to the point where I cant even go into a supermarket without getting cold sweats. I avoid being around friends and relatives because I get so nervous I lose control of my body. It seems like the only thing I can do to calm my nerves is to drink a few beers. WITHOUT PREACHING, because I aready no that drinking is bad and you shouldn't smoke and blah, blah, blah, what causes the paranoia and anxiety. How can I fix that problem when it happens again, without having to drink a few beers of course.
Answers:
Your body is sending signals about the alcohol.

chemical reaction to the brain

I used to feel like that when I was a teenager. In the UK we can (legally!) drink alcohol from the age of 18, but as you might guess, we start at a younger age. Probably inherant from our parents lifestyle.
I used to get shakes and twitching head movements while in public, maybe waiting for a bus or something like that. Doctors' Surgerys would have the same affect.

To skip the reason, and hopefully remove this (trauma) the answer is this: DO NOT DRINK - or at least get so wasted that your blood-sugar level drops down to a rather dangerous point!

withdrawning from the night before, thats why some people do have beer for breakfast.got to do your part to keep up the blood alchol level j/k

drink TONS of water before bed. this will of course make you get up early to pee. or you ll wet the bed. WHEN you get up to pee pop 2 advil, (better than tylenol, but should still take it easy on these cuz mixin this with lots of binge drinking will cause ulcers) and when ever you get up for work, you should still be feelin drunk but your head shouldnt hurt, drink some strong black coffee which is the instant cure for all feelings of hungoverdness. if you cant handle that try like 2 or 3 glasses of Florida OJ with lots of pulp, the vitamin c will help you out too.

anyways, thats how i roll. hope it cures what ails ya.

oh and try some tabasco bloody marys for breakfast, ummmm delicious.

You may not want to hear this, but it is an early indication of things to come.
You appear to have early indications of alcoholism.
Stop now before it's too late, or suffer with the disease for the rest of your life.
