What is the recomended SPF content in a sunblock cream?!

Question:

Answers:
I am from Australia and we have the highest rate of skin cancer int he world. The cancer council recommend a broad spectrum sunscreen of 30+ be worn every day, and re-applied every 4 hours (every 2 if you are swimming or sweating).
You need the broad spectrum as well as the 30+ so that is blocks out both UV-A and UV-B rays.
Have a look at the site below if you would like more info.

Other Answers:
30 for normal coloured skin the darker it is the less it should be and the fairer the person the higher but to be safe everyone (regadless of colour) shoudl used about 30
