I am a male and I don't think you should change anything at all for the benefit of others. Be yourself and I know you don't want to hear that yet I know ALOT of girls who went "fake" to impress the guys and only ended up alone and bummed because who they really were was kept bottled up inside and full potential was lost. Depending on your age, there are alot of things to do to meet people, think of what you do for your social life, then enhance it or add something new that keeps you being you yet opens up new opportunity.
Be yourself! Go crazy, have fun. Do something you've always wanted to do! I think guys would like it more if we were more like ourselves and less like Jessica Sipmson. It makes sense to me. To make yourself look different, get something cute, like a dress or something. You could dye your hair a totally diffrent color! Try new things, you might find out it's fun! Get an shirt with an octopus on it!
