can u get sick from eating a spider while ur sleeping?!

i know that we eat like a couple of spiders in our lifetime while we sleep,but i have been wondering if we can get sick from eating them.got any good answers?

I get nauseaus thinking about that, but actually digesting one or two cant really hurt you.
