Answers:
forget about it and GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE!
you only have one!

Other Answers:
accept who you are, your beautiful inside and out

feel skinny

I think weight is perfect for your height. I'm sure others envy you, you just don't know it.

Many people would kill to be 5'5" and 120! I think if you're athletic, then you're obviously in good shape. A lot of times, muscle is heavier than fat, so you may weigh more but look a lot better. Besides, do you really, honestly want to look like a size zero at 5'5"? You might look unhealthy with those proportions.

Holy cow! Why do you feel fat? Get on with your life. If someone doesn't like what they see they are not worth your while. It's what is inside a person that makes them so great.

You don't sound fat to me. Maybe the other girls are skinny?

accept who u are and have some chocolate to cheer u up :)

If you're working out and eating right, that's about all you can do. Beyond that it's a matter of genetics, age, and eating disorders.

stop stressing over nothing

Accept who you are! There is nothing wrong with being your height and weight. It's totally normal and healthy. Instead admiring the size 0 girls start admiring yourself!

Stop watching TV for a start. Then stop reading trashy magazines. Read the Desdirata instead. In part it says ".if you compare yourself with others you will become vain and envious, because there will always be others greater and lesser than yourself."

There are only 8 women in the world who look like supermodels, and those magazine covers. they are often airbrushed!

Remember you are a perfect divine creation of the universe, you are special! there is noone exactly like you in the world, and there never will be!

why would you want to sacrifice that specialness to be the same as others?

:)

I don't even know how you can prop yourself up in front of the computer, fatty. You need to get in gear and lose at lease another 45 pounds, or you cannot call yourself attractive. In fact I don't even know how you can see the computer screen with all that fat dripping down over your eyelids. How are you ever going to get your blue jeans add in Cosmo? You better try out for Bennetton, there adds are full of ugly freaks.

Lighten up on yourself. Fatty. ha ha

accept who you are..we all come in different shapes and sizes.besides, there is more to life than being a size 0.

You don't sound fat at all.

I recommend you don't let the media get the better of you. Media is agreat influence in this day of low self-esteem and eating disorders. Screw the media and accept who you are. Those "size 0" people probably starve themselves to get like that and that habit will catch up on them when they're overcome with illness.

accept who you are - everyone respects curves and muscles to plain bones and skin - ugh!

You are not fat, I am admiring your size. I am 5'5 and weigh 145, I used to be 120 before I got happy and met my husband. You should be proud of yourself, sports are definatley good, you are staying the weight you are by being active. I would die to get in a pair of 6 and 7's again. You are young, your metabolism is great. when you hit 30 and own, they say your metabolism slows down. You are the perfect size. God made everybodys bodyshape different. Do not think your fat- by your height you are the perfect weight, you are nowhere near overweight. Thank God everyday you are alive, well, able to do sports, and be a great size. Do things to make you feel better about yourself. Some of those girls that are size O's hardly eat at all and quite frankly look to small. The tv, music, modeling industry will make you think you are fat. The real issue is the girls who are O's and still think they are fat.Be proud of who you are and what you have.

Personally, I have been walking and trying to lose weight myself, I have bad knees and wish I was able to be more athletic, even the weight I am. I am still happy about myself. May this encourage you!

Beware of feeling fat. Did you know that a large number of women (around 70%) who feel fat (and most often fatigued, too) actually are suffering from an under active thyroid. At first, you may just feel fat, then you may feel fatigued, eventually you will begin to gain weight without change in diet and you will actually begin to be more sleepy than usual. Other changes in you body will also happen: mood change (always feeling down), a feeling of constipation, and the list goes on. Often you may go to the doctor and get tested and the results show you are normal. If you really feel that there is something wrong, don't give up. Insist that your doctor perform every thyroid hormone level test possible. You may not have an under active thyroid; you may just feel fat. But why take chances?

Personal experience and research. I went to 5 different doctors in the course of 2 years because I knew something was wrong. Finally a doctor ran a complete thyroid test (the others only did a T3 test) and turns out, I was right.

First I think you need to stop thinking that you are fat. You maybe a little, but i think you should get in a diet. But not in a diet that you don't eat anything. A 2,000 calories diet every day. That worked for me, anyways I think I'm young than you. I'm 117 lbs. and 5'6", so we are almost the same.Or may its just your Imagination, and you are skinny after all. To do the 2,000 calories diet you need to be look at your food nutrition facts and you will estimate how many calories you need to eat.

Acttually I think that you are underweight for your height. You should be weighing like almost 130 so your def not fat. I prob have the same body as you because I do lots of sports and work out a lot. Anyways my friends and family are always telling me how much of an amazing body I have. I bet you do too. I dont know how old you are but you will grow out of this i feel fat. You reaslly should feel this way you are in great shape. If you do feel fat do not eat sweets just eat healty maybe that will take away from that feeling. I would say work out but you def dont bc u get a really good work out as is from the sports. You need feel confident as well because it is a turn off to guys if they know you are saying this about urself. You look great! Be happy! I always tell my friends who complain about wieght is that it is only a number if you look good stop worrying!

Diet and fitness work together toward a healthy lifestyle. Changing your diet and your level of fitness is what can change the way you look and feel. The best way to lose weight is about living a healthier life than what you may be living now. You will need a complete lifestyle change and you will need to be committed.

The body loses about 2 pounds a week optimally and that’s 2 pounds that stay off. When you drop at a faster rate your body could potentially rebound and either plateau your weight loss or put extra weight on. If you are committed then you should reach your goal.

There will be 5 basic elements you need to adjust to have a healthy lifestyle.
They are:

1. Your Eating
2. Your Water Intake
3. Maintaining a balance of cardio and resistance exercise
4. Smart supplementation
5. Sleeping the best amount of time.

I could give you a long detailed explanation but you can find each one of those aspects detailed in the source link.
