Senna is a very good natural remedy for constipation. It is in something called Smooth Move Tea. This is available at health food stores. It really works well. It relieves the constipation but does not give you diarrhea. Yes it is a real product, they just picked a really strange name for it. The next thing you should do to maintain regularity is eat more raw or nearly raw fruits and vegetables, they provide fiber that is necessary for a healthy body and digestive tract.
