You can try cocoa butter.

THINK ABOUT THE POOR GIRLS WHEN THEIR PREGNANT AND CAN'T WEAR THOSE GOOD LOOKIN BIKINI'S ANY MORE

stretch marks won't go away. But don't be ashamed of them. At least yours are from your muscles. Many others have them from fat.

Cocoa Butter and Mederma. they both will fade them and make them smoother. However you need to start putting cocoa butter on you after you exercise to prevent more from forming.

exercise slowly, i don't know how to get rid of the marks but not exercising too fast will stop it from happening

You don't just have stretch mark problems. If you keep bulking up, and later on you decide not to stick to your regular workout routine, then your muscles are going to seize. So you see, there are even drawbacks to exercising too much. Too much of anything isn't good. Everything should be done in moderation to balance things out.

Sounds like you over worked your body and didn't give your body a Chance to catch up with your new exercise that you were doing. Try the cream that women use to take stretch marks after they have babys.

Um.I've seen this for pregnant women.
I think it was like cocoa butter that you just rub on it's suppose to disappear. Or.just wait it out and it'll disappear over time. It'll be no problem if you're willing to hide your arms during the summer, he he =) I also read that you can go to dermatologists to have them removed but it's expensive.

ha! welcome to a womans world! unfortunately, you can't get rid of them. in time they will fade. if they are sensitive, try getting some sun. tanning seems to lessen their sensitivity. btw, i'm not too crazy bout mine either. but my guy seems pleased. yours may also, so don't be too hard on yourself! :)

You can try cocoa butter cream, or vitamin E oil.

Try and take it easy and dont push it as much and try to just calm down but don't get to inactive just take it easy and they'l fade away!

I think that there is some kind of oil or whatever that u can use.
