I can't know the causes or any realted symptoms you experience,and I'm not making lite of the situation, its reasons, effects, or possible outcomes, but YIKES, see yer DOC!

Do you have chronic diarrhea? If so have you seen your gp? You may need to have colonscopy or possibly a sigmoidoscopy to find out why your having diarrhoea.
you can't really 'cure' diarrhea. Unless it's a bacterial infection (which is rare.because bacteria in the intestinal tract are usually benifical)there's nothing that 'cures' it. Most of the time it's something that has irritated your stomach/intestines or a virus. You have to let them run their course. Your best bet is the BRAN diet.bananas, rice, applesauce,.i can't remember the N!!
and take immodium (pepto has to be taken quite a bit to stop diarrhea) and drink lots of water (to prevent dehydration). If it's a long term thing.see your MD, it could be IBS.in that case daily regime of fiber/1 immodium a day can help

Imodium AD. Works great when I use it. I get it frequently because I take a stomach pill and diarrhea is a side effect from the medicine. I pop two of those Imodium AD and it is gone. If it still doesnt go away then go to a doctor and he would most likely prescribe Lomital. I've had that and boy does that really work. One pill and you are bound for a few days.
Take two (2) Imodium after the first diarrhea and then one(1) each time thereafter until it stops. Imodium AD can be purchased over the counter at any drug store.

would you believe me if i say, go to the neighbourhood and look for a guava tree. pluck about a potful of their leaves and go home and wash and boil them in that pot with water. then drink the water. it will help with diarrhea.. i got this from the older generations coz i am a chinese and we tend to go for alternative medicines. but there is another method that is quite instant. get a couple scoops of glucoline(glucose) stirr into warm water and drink. this will be more pleasant and rest with your stomach covered with blankets.. that will do the trick also. wish you all the luck
