trimming them off is the only thing that will help. once hair is damaged there is no going back. some people will try to sell you on products, but at the most they will mask it a little. trim the ends.

perhaps trying sauteing your hair instead of frying

either use really good conditioner or cut it off

cut them off or use water to mix it in with your hair.

well it needs trimmed and it sounds like you are not putting anything on your hair when you flat iron you need to put something there so the flat iron is not burning your hair like gloss drops or a straightening lotion.thats why you are getting the fried look get trimmed every six weeks too i would go get the damaged cut off now though then use the product.

The best thing to do is use shampoo and conditioner for dry hair. also keep your ends trimmed regularly. also try to use a frizz contol lotion or serum on those ends this usually says it will repair them but i really don't think so. but it does protect your hair from the heat damage. and finally try to find and use products that do not contain alcohol. try fantasia aloe vera hair gloss or kiwi hair gloss you can find both at sallyt'sa beauty suppliy and both do not contain alcohol

my best answer to give u is keep up with the ends by cuting them every few months but if your hair grows fast then probley every few weeks about 3 or 2 inches off so that your hair can have its natural shine and look healthy

remember..before you straighten your hair, always apply leave in conditioner. that way it can protect your hair.. and you have trimmed the fried ends off. no other way. if u want, i suggest get your hair straighten professionally because you don't have to always straighten you hair and you will not end up with fried ends all the time. straightening can be quite expensive but it's worth it considering u have really curly hair.

Sorry kiddo, triming the dead ends is all you can do. If they are already damaged you're out of options. Once you have a freah cut make sure to extra condition your hair when you wash it and apply a heat protector to your hair before you style it. Tresemme has one that is pretty cheap. I have the same problem as you and I had to give in and get a few trims to get back to healthy hair. Good Luck!

ok first cut 1 inch of your hair, then buy either straight sexy hair products, there is three main ones, shammpoo, conditioner, and the silicone spray that you would have to use with the iron, by mop ( that is a treatment) use it once per week, and before you use the iron blow dry your hair use Kms flat out and divide it in sections with a round brush, roll ur hair, and keep it firmly from top to bottom, then at the end roll it, that will seal your hair and it will help by the time you use the iron

If you are getting the fried looking ends that means your hair there is damaged and needs a trim. Remember that straightening your hair (if using a flat iron, clothes iron) does damage your hair, therefore, the fried ends. Remember to use a seperate conditioner on the ends, rub them with your palms for a bit, usually it will be better. after you strighten it, use a big round metal brush and brush the ends while blowdrying it, usually that will give you a smoother look.

You can use olive oil and honey.

But you really need to just get a trim. Trimmed hair grows faster, and looks healthier. You would be surprised by how much butter an 1/8" trim can make your hair look.

If you're not comfortable cutting your hair -- curly hair tends to be thick -- then don't attempt it. But if you are, then just pull a curl taut and carefully begin trimming it. I say carefully because you never know how much your hair is going to spring up.
Only cut your hair if you're confident in it, don't care about getting it redone by a stylist, or really don't care because it will grow out.

cut it, and also turn down your straightener your burning your hair! lol

i have a straightener and i burned my hair real bad!

I hate to say it but the best way is to trim it . If you don't try some oil treatments, but the chemicals have mostlikely done the ends in.

put on some honey with olive oil and leave it for 10 minutes then wash your hair as always. you can try a little serum after you do your hair.

I have very long, half curly, half straight hair. My mom is Cuban and my Dad is Cherokee, and I somehow ended up with a mix of both! Instead of straightening your hair, try using an after shower conditioner and straightening it by blow drying with a long toothed comb or paddle brush. I know it will look voluminous at first, but it does end up laying down in the end! Once you damage the hair, you can't fix it, you have to trim it off.

Well, that's pretty bad for your hair so you can't blame it for doing that. Get a trim (but the problem will recurr). I would say go to a local farmacy and get a silkening product like Catwalk, you know either the light liquid that comes out in drops, or the spray that makes your hair shiny? They work really well.

use a chi iron or cut them off

WASH YOUR HAIR CONDITION WITH AN CONDITIONER THAT STAYS ON FOR 30 MINUTES AND THEN SNIP YOUR ENDS.
