How should I treat stubborn corns on my toes?!

Question:
I tried OTC acid treatments that attempt to burn them off. That seemed to make them worse, and it hurt. I also tried filing them with a pumice stone, and got the same result. The best thing so far is baby oil followed by lotion. Is there an oil that will soften them more than baby oil?
Answers:
you can get a cream called heal balm. it really helps. keep using that pumice stone!!

Other Answers:
soak soak soak
in bicarb in warm water every day. Baby your feet and then use a soft pumice stone. Every day they should get better - or else, find out if you need arch supports - you may be putting undue pressure on those points. Once the pressure comes off, the corns may start to go too.
Creams, or olive oil, wrap in saran wrap at night, white socks (you'll have to wash them then) and soak in the oil at night. You gotta soften' em up, babe! They'll leave you sooner or later.

An elderly neighbour of mine swears by using Vaseline on her corns!

You can try it for nothing.

try corn shears (found at any drug store).the shave the extra skin off. It'll looks little red at first, but will look better soon. And try scrubbing with a pumice stone after soaking your feet. (also found at any drug store)
