Where to buy good dresses for teens?!

Im going to a b-day party and i need a casual white dress. it needs to be petite (or size 0).

If you've got a few days, you can order online from a site like GoJane (www.gojane.com) or Alloy (www.alloy.com). GoJane has really cute dresses, and updates weekly with new items- and is way cheap! Forever 21 is also very reasonably priced with cute stuff. Alloy is a little more expensive, but equally cute.
