how can i lost weight while breastfeeding?!

Question:
i cant walk outside coz it is cold here. they said that mothers who breastfed baby will regain its weight before. but it didnt happen to me.my son is already three months today and im still FAT.help!!
Answers:
Talk to your doctor about what effects a diet may have on your breast milk, and what diet exercise plans would be healthy for both you and your son. You need to remember that whatever you do for you will also have some effect on him.

Other Answers:
I also live where it's cold so it's not real fun to go walking on the cold days so I've had to make up my own fitness routine that I could do inside.

*if you can't walk outside.you can still walk inside.make yourself a "track" throughout your house and walk . if the house is small, retrace your steps as needed to continuously walk for 5-10 min at a time (during commercials, walk in place etc.)

*control your food..portion size is key.eat all your favorite foods, don't deprive yourself of what you love, just eat less of it, more times a day.when you let yourself feel hungry before eating your body thinks you are starving and will store all the extra calories as fat.if you keep a steady stream of food (small amounts) throughout the day in your body, your body will release the excess easier.

*try excercises you can do in your living room.I hate laying on the floor doing situps as all they do is hurt my neck and back.so from a standing position, feet shoulder width apart, bend your knees and raise back up.do leglifts to the side, front and back..turn your toes outward and bend to get the inner thighs.if your lower abdomen is the problem area.lay on the floor on your back and raise your feet (pointed toes) just like 6" from the floor til you feel the pull in your lower abdomen

*Listen to your body.it will tell you what muscles you are working when you move around the house doing chores and excercising.

*jog in place

*again.I really don't like getting on the floor, so instead of floor pushups.I do wall pushes.same thing just standing at an angle to the wall and pushing (very slow and controlled) away from the wall and controlling myself as I bend my elbows and go closer to the wall. Keep your feet a few feet out from the wall and play around with where you put your hands.high on the wall will work different muscles than low.listen to your body

*lift weights.books, canned food etc. you don't need expensive work out equipment

*really get into sweeping the floors, vacuuming, dusting.use these chores as an opportunity to sweat! Instead of using a mop, grab a cleaning rag and bucket . workout the arms and stretch

*put a foot up on the counter or a table and stretch, stretch stretch but don't stop there.while your leg is elevated.lunge with your other leg (bend the knee and feel the burn)

*move or weightlift furniture.got a wooden chair or side table that will work your muscles? use it!

*Do the twist! Put on your music and dance around the house.keep your mind on working out, focus on weight loss and problem areas and have fun!

What I've noticed is that when I do chores around the house because I "have to".I don't lose weight. When I go walking because I "have to" I don't lose weight. But.if I am thinking about the things I do and focus on all the exercise I'm getting and envision myself how I want to be .as I'm doing my chores and walking etc. I do lose weight.

Never punish yourself or get down on yourself for "not working out enough" or for "eating the wrong foods". It does nothing but depress you and you gain weight. You can eat anything and everything you want . just limit the portions, don't let yourself ever feel hungry, and keep your body moving!

Good luck and keep up a smile.smiles have more energy!

WHAT to eat for losing weight

• Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially NC (negative calorie) food.

* Print these lists. They will be your . "Bible", from now on !
* Dill and parsely - include them in all your salads. Also ognion + garlic.
* Try eat mostly fresh vegs & fruits (whenever possible, of course)
* If you really want a book, then check this out: The Negative Calorie Diet Workbook & Cookbook - eBook (Win95/98 only). Read more about this e-book here.

• Eat fish, chicken, beef, pork. (preferences are in this order)

* If you are a vegetarian, then ignore this!
* Avoid fat meat

• Eat 2-3 slices of bread/day. Don't EVER exclude bread from your diet!

• Snacks between meals (if needed): apples, oranges, grepfruits and other NC fruits

* Don't cheat . NO cookies, chips, candies, brownies etc!
* EVEN if they have "low fat" indication. They might have low fat, yet they can have lots of CALORIES !

• About rice, potatoes, beans, [xxx]nuts, pastry, pasta. you know!

* Don't eat too much of those, at least during the first weeks of the diet. I'm not a low carb addict, but I've noticed weight gains if consuming those in large quantities, especially when associated with other foods.
* If you like them a lot, try and eat them like one meal. A nice delicious plate of spaghetti could be your lunch (never dinner!), followed by a nice big apple. These rich starch foods are not good for dinner!
* At dinner time, chose mainly large mixed veggies salads. with fish, lean meat or cheese (if you are not a vegetarian).

if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs

1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.

2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle "burn". A gym is also an option, but I don't know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.

3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.

4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.

That is a good place to start. if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you. if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer

Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hours
the most important thing is you don't lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you want

you might have some more ideas from www.ivillage.com

good luck
