i think it is true.people tell that if u r trying to get pregnant 4am is the good time to have sex.this is basically bcos u r very much tried after working the whole day,and when u rest ur body for sometime then u will have a very good chance of getting pregnant.and just bcos u have rested u will have more energy to enjoy sex.i guess this the reason why people get sexually excited in the early morning hrs.
