I need to get stronger all around. Advice on your workouts?!

I'm trying to prepare for a future job in landscaping, and just to shape my lazy *** up. Now, I'm looking to increase upper chest region mostly. I dont have weights so any exercises you can think of to strengthen up without spending too much $ would be good..No bs answers please.

upper body? do push ups, but put ur legs up on a chair right above your knees. or you could do oh i forget what they are called but you could put ur hands on a chair while your legs are straight and cross one foot over the other and dip yourself down.. oh they are called dips lol. anyway , pull ups are good even if you cant do one make your goal as one and then make a new goal everyday. Getting in shape or getting stronger is as physical and emotional also.

i know that diffent variations of the pushup will help tone ur pecks. close hand, diamond, reg, and wide arm. also doin dips will help. really, without weights there isnt a whole lot more you can do.

For upper strength do Push-ups, lots of them. Once you can do 100 easy, elevate your feet while doing them to make them harder, and later you can block up your arms so you have to dip down to the floor and have your feet elevated. Once you can do this, you can have a Wife/Girlfriend sit on your back while you do them, or switch over to 1 arm push-ups. A cheap weight bench you let you add Bench Presses and Flies (lay on the bench face up with a 20lb dumbell in each hand, hold your arms straight up, then lower them to the left and right at the same time, till they are level with you then raise them back up).if you can't get a weight bench fill empty 1 gallon milk jugs with water and use them as dumbells.good luck
