Are there foods I should avoid if I have eczema?!

Question:

Answers:
It really differs from person to person. I have eczema all my life. And I can eat dairy foods and chicken and whatever else other people gave as an answer. I haven't found any food trigger in my case. What brings on a flare up is the change in season, especially winter and summer. What I avoid is anything that has perfume. I use non-perfumed soap, detergent and fabric softener. The best think you can do for your eczema is to moisturize all the time 2x, 3x a day, more if you can.

As far as food, you are the best judge. Watch how you react to certain foods.

Other Answers:
i would say eggs and not to much chicken

Dairy foods can exacerbate eczema.

It is different for every eczema sufferer. If you are sensitive to a perticular food, you will have a reaction very soon after eating it. Avoid these foods.
Far worse for you are things like detergents, fabric softeners, household cleaning chemicals.
