Don't know all the laws but I do know if you know you have "HIV/AIDS" and have unprotected sex, you can be charge with a felony..not too sure I think "attempted murder" and if the person dies "murder?"..there was a recent case about a Canadian "military" women charged with the crime(multiple partners), sure shook up some miliatary bases
