Can you still have symptoms after gall bladder removal?!

Question:
About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with gall stones. For months before this, I had severe pains in my chest area between my breasts. I would sweat and vomit and just curl up and cry until the attack passed. They were the worst pains in my life. After 2 trips to the emergency room and 2 incorrect diagnoses and daily attacks shortly after eating, (no matter what it was or how small the amount) I resorted to starvation until my organs began to struggle to function and I nearly died. That's when it was diagnosed and surgery was done. Although they removed it, I am just recently getting these same pains I had before. It's been going on for a couple of weeks now and they are very mild but I'm concerned that it will get to that point once again. Is it possible I can still get gall stones and what can I do to relieve these symptoms?
Answers:
my sister had her gall bladder removed and they accidentally cut her bile ducts which caused her many problems and a month in the hospital. I would go to the doctor right away.
