YES! Don't even try it, if you are on this medication and it isn't working, call your doctor, clinic, or hospital! My brother-in-law is an addict, and if you don't hide his meds, he tries to OD on them, and Zoloft was one of them.

The above info says CAN be fatal. It does not say it is always fatal. It also deosn't say how much would be fatal. So, if you are asking this question because you are considering overdosing yourself, don't do it. If it takes 6,000 pills for it to be fatal, then you are going to miss, and the problems you will then face will be worse than anything you can imagine.
