Do you think this is a good eating plan? Has anyone done anything similar? If ye!
Question:
I've been eating a Weight Watchers or Lean Cuisine Meal for all three meals. Along with a side salad w/ low cal dressing or a huge serving of vegetables. Mainly cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash or broccoli. My snacking is usually fruit, yogurt, low fat popcorn, or orange juice. I work overnight and when I get a little hungry I'll have a soup. I recently purchased a treadmill and began walking 45 min a day. Will I see results in good timing?
Has anyone done something similar.tell me what u did.

Yes, it sounds like a good plan to me. Sounds healthy and balanced. I think you'll find the pounds drop off quickly. Of course it depends on how much you weigh now. I'm guessing you'll drop about 3 pounds a week. I've done something similar using Lean Cuisine once a day. I couldn't afford them for all three meals. I lost weight. I couldn't stay on it for very long. I got to the point where I felt like the Lean Cuisine meals were tasting like cardboard. Good luck! I think you'll find that with the treadmill, you'll probably be able to afford more calories a day.

I lost my weight with Herbalife. I drank two customized shakes a day and took my supplements and at one meal of my choice per day. Since I lost my weight I only drink one shake a day and two meals. I lost 35 pounds in two months and I have kept it off for over a year.
