Answers:
The back pain could have many causes, including the weight-lifting combined with pain killers. This may be causing you to overextend yourself. I advise you to consult a Dr. & find a trainer for a day to see that you are adjusting the equipment properly and that your routine is comprehensive of your supporting muscles. You should not be lifting weights daily, you should alternate with some cardio. There are a lot of good books available, too. I like "Basic Weight Training for Men & Women" (ISBN: 0-07-255688-9)

I would go to the Dr. and make sure you don't have an injured back.

It could be anything. The weights, you mattress or something else. You should be drinking liquids and lift lighter weights. Usually when I get back pains I drink water and it cures it. I think that is because of my kidneys that need water to keep working. Try it it might just work.

you should go see a dr to make sure it is not serious maybe lay off the heavy weights til you find out. myback hurts24/7 as well from beingtop heavy plus was injured in carwreck few yrs back i take pain pills and use a heating pad. try heat it really helps

stretch out your hamstrings and your quads. alot of back pain is because of your legs.!
