has any one tried a " Grapefruit diet" Does it work?!

I plan to eat 1/2 a Grapefruit in the moring(9am) small lunch (12) An Apple at (3) Dinner(a bowl of cereal) At 6 and the other 1/2 Grapefruit.. Do u think that will work?

It may possibly work short as a short term diet, but dont vecome dependan on it.
If you are going to be exercising anyways y don't u just try eating a light balanced diet?
I also drink natural grape fruit juice but i loose weight very slowly with a lot of exercise

I would like to restate that I wasn't getting cocky. It was to get a point across that in my relationship we are fine with how we look. I wasn''t out there saying hey I am a hot piece of ***. So please don't say I am cocky, because with my mind I know I am not cocky.
Otherwise a comment like that wouldn't hurt me. If I was cocky I wouldn't have asked the question. So please keep the cocky comments to yourself because you have no idea what your talking about and you don't know how to read in between the lines. Because all I was saying is my boyfriend and I are happy with our looks. I didn't say everything thinks I am good looking.
