whats the best way to fight a cold?!

As soon as I feel a cold coming on, I use Zicam. It works. The cold either goes away or if I have waited too long, the cold isn't as bad as it could be. I have been using Zicam for the past three years and carry it with me during the winter months. It comes as a nasal spray, lozenges and even on Q-Tips for children. It's the best thing I know and have experienced to treat a cold.
