i have tried a lot of things but the thing they advertised on TV a while ago that I dont see much anymore but still get is called white light. That stuff works and I get a new shipment every other month for 30 bucks. My teeth are bright white and I smoke, i drink, still look great. Plus thats like the same price as the whitening strips and it works better. Check it out.
i think its colgate- simply white night. works really well for me, and its about $7.
also, after you apply it, leave your mouth open for about a minuite to let it dry onto ur teeth.
