I dont know what to do. What pad should I wear that has leak-guard protection.

You should use ones with wings and ones that are for heavy flow, during your heavy flow days.

are you against wearing tampons?? Try the super ones with a panty liner.also you can take ibuprofen (advil, motrin) to slow down the bleeding. I have an IUD and that is what the dr told me to do during my period. It works..you only need to take on your really heavy days!

Buy the pad of the proper size - trial and error, darlin'. You can also try tampons. Good luck.

You're not alone, it's a women thing.

Try using an internal tampon PLUS a nightime quality pad for overnight.

i use two overnight pads. they have wings and they never leak :)

I put a towel on the bed. I have one old towel used just for that purpose. There are pads that are extra long and have wings.

the real thick ones. like always ultra thick or something

I personally suggest in your case, Always super or even overnight ultrathin. They come in really long sizes, and overnight is even longer. I usually use it for sleeping, but if you need it for laying down I suggest using it. Also, try the Always pads with the lead lock thing so that it soaks up the blood quickly. And ALWAYS HAVE WINGS! Be sure to wear tight underwear, and change pads often as well. If things don't get any better, you may want to try tampons, although they are extremely uncomfortable. GOOD LUCK!

lifes good experiences.

You can always try tampons. If you don't want to use them, get a maxi pad with wings. It also depends on how heavy your flow is.

Try using thicker pads with wings. Change more often
